Equity partners John D. Risvold and Edward J. Manzke are named for the firm's five reported settlements.
The firm's largest settlement in the report was $1,330,000 on a $100,000 policy. It followed a DuPage County jury verdict for an emergency room nurse who needed four spine surgeries after a rear-end crash in Naperville, and a bad-faith claim against the at-fault driver's insurer. John D. Risvold and associate Christopher E. Gauthier tried the case.
