Federal Lawsuit Filed on Behalf of Hazing Victim
The Firm filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of a high school student who the victim of hazing, bullying, harassment, and retaliation. The lawsuit was featured on CBS2Chicago, NBC5 Chicago, ABC7 Chicago, The Chicago Tribune and USA Today.
The lawsuit, filed in the Northern District of Illinois alleges that Reed Custer Community Unit School District 255 and several coaches, teachers, and administrators, failed to prevent hazing, bullying and sexual assault which occurred while our client attended a summer football camp and throughout his freshman year of high school.
