$1,350,000 Settlement in DuPage County Auto Accident Case
The Firm recently resolved an automobile collision case for $1,350,000.00.
The firm’s client suffered several significant injuries including a broken wrist,
concussion, and on-going migraine headaches when the car she was driving
was rear ended on I-55 in downstate Illinois. The case was litigated in DuPage
County where the Defendant driver resides.
Cook County Jury Verdict in Auto Accident Case
The Firm won a jury trial on behalf of a client who was involved in a car
collision at a four way stop intersection. Although Defendants disputed that
they were at fault for the accident, the jury entered a verdict in our client’s
favor that compensated our client for his medical bills, pain and suffering, and
loss of a normal life as a result of his injuries from the collision. The verdict
was larger than any settlement offer defendants had previously made.
$50K Judgment in Sexual Assault Case
The Firm obtained a $50,000 judgment on behalf of a client who was sexually
assaulted while receiving a massage at an area chiropractic office. The
judgment was entered against the chiropractic office that employed the
massage therapist who sexually assaulted our client.
