Environmental Successes

The Firm recovered $16,900,000 for its class action clients (approximately 1,500 families), whose drinking water was contaminated by toxic chemicals, including TCE.

The firm secured a $10,000,000 settlement on behalf of 186 families in Lisle, Illinois, whose drinking water wells were contaminated with TCE.

The Firm received final approval of an $8,100,000 settlement in a class action environmental case involving TCE and PCE contamination in Attica, Indiana.

The Firm recovered over $8,000,000 for its clients in an environmental contamination case on behalf of families in Urbana, Ohio, whose groundwater was contaminated with TCE and PCE.
