Emily K. Ergang
Emily Kay Ergang is an Associate attorney with a focus on real estate transactions and commercial and banking litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Emily clerked at a general business litigation law firm, focusing on breach of contract, fraud and general business litigation. Emily has focused on Real Estate law since 2001, including conducting real estate closings as an escrow closer for two title companies the year before law school and immediately prior to joining the Firm.
Emily graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2010. Prior to law school, Emily graduated magna cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University, where she co-edited the Political Science Journal and played first chair Euphonium in the University’s Wind Ensemble.
