Megan A. Drefchinski
Megan is an aggressive commercial litigator whose clients include both banks and commercial real estate developers, and is also experienced in representing financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings. Megan currently focuses her practice in representing banks in commercial and inter-bank matters including loan documentation, litigation, collateral foreclosure, and banking rights in bankruptcy.
Megan graduated from the Northern Illinois University College of Law (2004, Magna Cum Laude). While at Northern, she was a member and editor of Law Review. Megan wrote an article for Law Review that was published and nominated as a finalist for a national writing award.
Megan also graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University (2000, Summa Cum Laude).
Megan is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
