Robert L. Dawidiuk
Robert Dawidiuk joined the Firm as an Associate in 2004. Rob was formerly with the investment brokerage firm of Hallmark & Johnson, LTD where he represented clients in commercial transactions and real estate development projects. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as the Judicial Extern Clerk to the Honorable John K. Madden in Cook County Chancery Court. That experience carries over to his current practice, which focuses primarily on litigation in the following areas:
Rob graduated cum laude from The John Marshall Law School where he was a member of Law Review. He was a Council of Higher Education scholarship recipient and he was elected into the prestigious Order of John Marshall upon graduation. Rob is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Supreme Court and the Division of Banking, Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. He is also a member of the Federal Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois.
