Naplate, Illinois alleging a local glass manufacturer contaminated the entire town - groundwater, soil and air -

- The Firm reached a settlement of $16.9 million for its environmental class action clients (approx. 1,500 families in
Lisle, Woodridge and Downers Grove, Illinois), whose drinking water was contaminated by toxic chemicals,
including cancer causing TCE, from a nearby industrial property. The settlement was approved by a federal court
in Chicago on September 14, 2004. This is one of the largest toxic tort settlements in Illinois. (September 2004;
