| Robert L. Dawidiuk |
Robert Dawidiuk joined the firm as an Associate in 2004. Rob was formerly with the investment brokerage firm of
Hallmark & Johnson, LTD where he represented clients in commercial transactions and real estate development projects.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as the Judicial Extern Clerk to the Honorable John K. Madden in Cook County
Chancery Court. That experience carries over to his current practice, which focuses primarily on litigation in the
following areas:
• Breach of Contract & UCC Law
• Appellate Court Proceedings
• Intellectual Property Disputes
• Real Estate Litigation
• Banking and Investment Litigation
Rob graduated cum laude from The John Marshall Law School where he was a member of Law Review. He was a
Council of Higher Education scholarship recipient and he was elected into the prestigious Order of John Marshall upon
graduation. Rob is licensed to practice in State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of
Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Division of Banking, Illinois Department of
Financial and Professional Regulation.
