Jinah joined the Collins Law Firm in 2017 as an Associate Attorney. She focuses her practice in banking, finance and commercial litigation, where she represents lenders, manufacturing companies, developers, and other businesses.
Jinah received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she also received a business certificate. While in law school, Jinah served as the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and as an Associate Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Pamela Meyerson in the Cook County Circuit Court Chancery Division, clerked for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, and interned in the Chicago-Kent Tax and Probate Clinic. Further, she clerked at a workers' compensation and civil defense firm in Chicago where she was hired as an associate attorney following law school.
Prior to law school, Jinah received her Bachelor's from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She spent one year studying abroad in Seoul, Korea at Yonsei University where she concentrated her studies in Advanced Korean Language and South East Asian Politics.
